Mr. Ostroff is a graduate of the University of Toronto (1986) and joined RBC Dominion Securities in 1987, where his focus was on small cap special situations as well as alternative investments. In 1999, Mr. Ostroff joined the M&A advisory firm Goodrich Capital where he was the Canadian Managing Partner overseeing mandates across a spectrum of industries with a focus on technology and mining. In 2004, Mr. Ostroff moved over to the trading side of the capital markets business where he was a proprietary trader with a large Canadian bank and then subsequently on his own prior to joining Windermere Capital as a Managing Director. His area of focus was the small and mid cap mining sector. Mr. Ostroff joined the board of Arianne Phosphate in 2014 and, in March of 2016, joined the management team.
