Nathan is an expert in product development, with direct experience in design engineering, test, performance planning, and program management. He has managed multiple global vehicle programs from concept through post-launch and lifecycle planning.
Nathan joined Hyundai Motor America in February of 2025 as the head of Product Director Office, where he leads their North American operations in driving profitability through strategic oversight of vehicle planning, development, manufacturing, supply chain and sales. His team works collaboratively with other stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities to meet profit targets and improve financial performance.
Prior to joining Hyundai, Nathan was the Program Director of Lucid Motor’s midsize vehicle platform and was a key contributor in developing the product development process, utilizing the knowledge he gained from 17 years with Nissan.
