Richard Kradjel joined Société Générale in 2010 and is responsible for the origination, execution, and private placements of unregistered equity, equity-linked, and mezzanine debt securities in his current role. Mr. Kradjel works with clients in the energy, infrastructure, mining, and commodity sectors, among others. Mr. Kradjel has completed over 100 transactions raising more than $7.5 billion of private equity for clients. Previously, Mr. Kradjel held a similar role at other major financial institutions. Mr. Kradjel holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rice University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance at the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business, and a Certificate of Federal Taxation from NYU Stern.
