Ms Kelly is the Agent General for Western Australia in the United Kingdom/Europe region. Ms Kelly and her team based in London and Frankfurt work to attract investment and grow trade into Western Australia from the United Kingdom, Europe and Israel.

Having held senior executive positions within the Western Australian Departments of Health and the Premier and Cabinet, Ms Kelly brings decades of experience in system performance, financial management, strategic planning and corporate governance. She also has extensive knowledge of the State's health and medical life sciences ecosystem, a thriving sector supporting Western Australia's economic diversification.

In her role at the Department of Health, Ms Kelly led the successful delivery of strategic priorities through Major Health Projects and Infrastructure and the Office of Medical Research and Innovation. She also played a critical leadership role for Western Australia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2022, Ms Kelly was recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List, awarded the Public Service Medal (PSM) for her outstanding service to the Western Australian health system, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ms Kelly holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Western Australia.
