Frederic is a leading expert in climate finance, responsible for one of the largest private industry investment portfolios in Emerging Markets. The EBRD Manufacturing and Services portfolio of c. €5bn is in majority invested in decarbonisation, e-mobility and the circular economy. EBRD is a multilateral development bank active across emerging Europe, Asia and Africa.

A French national, Frederic has lived in the USA, studying at MIT and working at the World Bank in Washington before moving to the EBRD in London. His background and expertise is in industry, finance, and development economics, having served on the boards of several industrial corporates and financial institutions, providing strategic guidance and governance oversight. Frederic regularly shares his experience by speaking in conferences and contributing to various publications, e.g for the WEF. He is an engineer with a MBA from INSEAD.
