Since July 2023, Dr. Michel Siemon has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Primobius GmbH. With over 10 years of experience in industries such as automotive, industrial goods, and the metals sector, Michel brings extensive expertise and leadership to his role. Prior to joining Primobius, he was Head of Corporate Development at SMS group and worked as a Manager in the Operations & Performance Transformation Practice at Kearney, where he supported companies in achieving operational improvements and driving performance excellence. Michel holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and earned his Ph.D. from the Chair of Operations Management at the same institution. Over the years, he has successfully led numerous strategic projects in supply chain management, sales, and logistics across various industries. His deep understanding of operational processes, combined with his strategic insight, makes Michel a recognized expert in battery recycling and circular economy solutions.
