William started his career at Societe Generale in London and has over 15 years of experience in the sector. He recently relocated to New York from Toronto to lead the Battery, Mining and Industries team in the Americas. William’s focus has been adapting to the energy transition and extending the scope of our business to include industries contributing to a low carbon economy (giga-factories, recycling, energy efficiency projects).
Prior to Societe Generale, William worked in Codelco’s Investment Evaluation Department in Santiago, Chile.
He holds a Masters in Metals and Energy Finance from the Royal School of Mines and Imperial College Business School.
