Isabelle Christensen is the Director, Energy Storage at Anza Renewables (Formerly Borrego Energy). She is responsible for the commercial strategy and strategic sourcing team to develop a robust ecosystem of pre-qualified manufacturers of containerized DC Blocks, Power conversion systems, and Energy Management Systems. Her deep field experience and connections in Asia and European manufacturing facilities ensures visibility into supply chain risks that often has a time latency in reaching the North American buyers. Isabelle regularly performs factory audits at Anza’s strategic manufacturers, both domestic and overseas.

Prior to joining Borrego Energy, Christensen spent more than a decade in a broad range of Senior Leadership roles with full profit and loss responsibilities for various renewable energy companies in solar, storage, green hydrogen and DERMs space. In addition, Christensen has also co-founded and sold two companies in the energy vertical.

Isabelle holds two doctorate degrees - One in Astro Science and another in Economics from University of Toulouse, France. In her spare time she volunteers at Rocket Science for girls and mentors young curious minds who are interested in space science or solar and storage.
