Ryan is CEO of Wave International, an Advisory, Engineering and Project Delivery firm operating across Australia, Canada and Europe. Ryan has over 20 years of participation in the Lithium industry, and over the past decade has become heavily involved in the supply chains for graphite, vanadium, and other boutique commodities related to energy transition technology.

Aside from executive duties within Wave, Ryan is active in the industry directly advising key clients on technology, markets, financing, project strategy and M&A. A key focus for Ryan in the past 3 years has been advising on major global investment / M&A transactions for major producers, government to government agreements, global OEMS and various global equity funds.
