Frank Moon will serve as Co-Chief Executive Officer for New EM and Head of Asia Operation and critical material mid to downstream beneficiation process. With over 30 years of experience in industrial mineral, critical minerals and materials industry, Mr. Moon has held leadership roles in various prominent companies, including ASM Ltd., ASM Korea, KSM Technologies, KSM Metals, and Alkane Resources. He has also contributed his expertise to Key Tech in Hong Kong, Samwha Group’s Steel Division, Hydro Tech Korea, and Kyung Dong Group Global. Mr. Moon’s extensive career in the sector is underscored by his ability to manage complex projects and drive operational success in the processing of critical minerals and magnet materials. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Sydney. His wealth of experience and leadership acumen make him a key driver of Evolution Metals’ global strategy in Asia and critical materials.
