Jaclyn Ruptash has 20 years of domestic and international experience in the resources sector with an accomplished background in communications, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, and financing. Prior to joining Premium Nickel Resources Ltd., Jaclyn held senior positions with several mining companies including with PNRL’s founding shareholder, formerly North American Nickel. She has been involved in all aspects of the operations with a variety of public and privately owned companies with direct responsibility for all continuous disclosure requirements, board and committee matters, corporate transactions, shareholder communications and corporate records. She has extensive experience in public and media relations, operations, and stakeholder communications.
