Grown up in the biggest graphite mine in China, Haibo Mo joined Hensen in 2006, he has 17 years working experience in graphite industry.

At the begining of his career, he focused on traditional graphite products. In recent years, he spent most of his time on anode material, both sythentic graphite based and natural graphite based. His last position was General Manager of a 50,000 tpa anode factory. He has rich experience in anode material production and marketing.
