Mr Stoikovich is a mining and environmental engineer, who has worked in industry and in corporate finance. He has extensive experience in the resources sector gained initially with BHP Billiton where he was responsible for mine operations and permitting. He then worked in the Corporate Development team of major international precious metals producer, Lonmin Plc, before moving into Investment Banking at Standard Chartered Bank where he was responsible for mining and metals focussed M&A and financing for EMEA. Mr Stoikovich is Chairman of ASX listed Sovereign Metals, where he is credited as co-discoverer of the Kasiya rutile deposit, and where Rio Tinto is a strategic investor.



He has Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of NSW; a Master of Environmental Engineering from the University of Wollongong; and a MSc in Mineral Economics from Curtin University.
