Description
Volt Resources Limited (ASX:VRC) is an established graphite producer and natural graphite anode developer with a plan to start US production in 2026.
To ensure success of our integrated natural graphite anode business, we have taken several steps
Created a team with battery material /specialty chemical industrialization and commercialization experience
Announced partnerships with leading US companies-
i. 24M (Joint Development and Supply Agreement)
ii. AETC (limited scope exclusive manufacturing partnership for natural graphite anode) – US Innovation & US Industrialization
iii. M2i (upto 20,000 tpa of graphite supply)
iv. Graphex Group (binding offtake agreement for graphite supply)
Volt is one of the few ex-China graphite producers. Our subsidiary, Zavielevsky Graphite, in Europe has been in operation since 1934. We are also the sole owner of Bunyu graphite project in Tanzania which is one of the largest graphite deposits in the world.
Recent announcement from China to curb export of graphite and graphite anode will accelerate our plans to localize supply chain for North American and European markets.
