Mr. Stopka brings over 29 years of leading-edge global manufacturing experience delivering world-class, innovative products domestically and abroad to his position as Chief Executive Officer at Anovion, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Stopka most recently served as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Amsted Rail and has held a variety of roles at Amsted Industries, a diversified global manufacturer of industrial components serving automotive, commercial vehicle, construction, and rail markets. His experience includes acquisitions and startups of both domestic and foreign operations, EBITDA growth initiatives, shared services, and improving working capital. He has also served as Managing Director of India and South America with several years overseeing plant operations within Amsted Industries. Mr. Stopka holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University, Olin School of Business. He also served five years in the Illinois Air National Guard as a flightline mechanic, including active-duty service in Operation Desert Storm.
