Tom has over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry with tertiary qualifications in both metallurgy and business. Roles have included operations, project development from studies through to construction, and corporate positions within both listed and unlisted companies. With experience spanning a number of continents and commodities, Tom, as both Founder and Managing Director of BlackEarth Minerals has led the Company from its initial listing in 2018 to where it is today; a downstream expandable graphite facility currently being built in India as well as the soon to be completed definitive feasibility study for the Company’s primary asset located in Madagascar – the Maniry Graphite Project. The Company also recently announced the commencement of a Scoping Study for a Battery Anode Material facility to be developed in Europe
