Jamie is an experienced capital markets executive with a background in Private Equity and Investment Banking, with a focus in natural resources. Before joining Sigma, Jamie was Director, Investment Management at Waterton Global Resource Management, a leading independent private equity platform focused on the resource sector with $1.75B in AUM. At Waterton, Jamie led deal origination, structuring and execution from initial investment through to exit. Jamie began his career in Investment Banking with Red Cloud Securities, providing M&A and capital raising advisory services to mining companies. Jamie is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA degree and a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree from Queen's University
