Merrill Gray’s 30 years of experience in the Energy and Mineral Resources sectors spans: Hydrogen, Solar, Embedded Bioenergy and Cathode materials for Lithium-ion Batteries (LiB), building new businesses and developing projects; Nickel, Minerals Sands and Gold in operational, profit improvement and strategy roles. After back door listing an energy company that she started, Merrill has held multiple ASX-listed Managing Director roles in Energy and Resources, as well Non-Executive Director roles in listed, public and private companies over the past 20 years. She has also worked as a Corporate Advisor in capital raising and business start-up. Merrill currently heads the Neometals LiB Recycling business, incorporating the Primobius Joint Venture with the SMS Group. Primobius has a demonstration plant in Germany and is developing projects with Mercedes-Benz in Germany and Stelco Inc. in Canada.
