Quentin Lamarche has 18 years of experience in critical mineral trading, marketing, and finance. Currently, he is a trader and senior management team member at Specialty Metals Resources, a global trading and industrial house focused on cobalt, nickel, and other critical metals. He also serves on the Multi-Stakeholder Steering Group for the OECD Due Diligence Guidance on Responsible Mineral Supply Chains.

Previously, he was Associate Director of Corporate Development and then Global Sales & Marketing Manager at Umicore Group, gaining extensive experience in battery and technology metals through roles in India and Belgium covering business development, finance, raw material supply, corporate strategy, and cross-border M&A.

He began his career in corporate banking with ING Belgium and holds a master’s degree in Commercial Science from ICHEC Brussels Management School, majoring in International Business.
