Dr. Guy Kioni is CEO of Missang, a Westminster-based geostrategic advisory firm working at the nexus of emerging technologies, digital transformation, critical minerals, and international trade. He is a Critical Mineral Fellow at the Cambridge Middle East and North Africa Forum and serves on the advisory board of Buenassa, which is developing the DRC’s first copper and cobalt refinery.
