Jay Yang, male, born in 1968, German nationality, obtained master’s degree of Automotive Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin in 1996. Mr. Yang joined CNGR in April of 2024 and is taking the role as the Vice President of CNGR Advanced Material Co.,LTD and President of Region NAFTA and EMEA. He takes full management responsibility of precursors of cathode active materials, metal refinery and recycling business across the region. At the same time, he also takes the responsibility as the Chairman and CEOof COBCO,a joint venture between CNGR andAl Mada in Morocco. Prior to joining CNGR, Mr. Yang held several senior executive roles in multiple divisions of BASF group (Fortune Global 500) including Polyurethane, Intermediates and Battery materials.
