In July 2022, All Seddiki was appointed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, as the General Director of the Moroccan Investment and Exports Development Agency AMDIE.

Previously, he was Director General of Investment and Business Climate at the Ministry of Investment, Convergence, and Evaluation of Public Policies, overseeing development strategy, promotion, facilitation, and monitoring of investments, as well as improving procedures for supporting investment initiatives.

Between 2019 and 2021, he served as General Director in charge of Industry at the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green, and Digital Economy, focusing on the growth of the Moroccan industrial sector, which employs over 800,000 individuals and generates $24 billion in exports. His responsibilities included enhancing regulations, fostering foreign direct investment (FM), and strengthening the industrial supply chain.

Before that, he was Director in charge of Aeronautics, Rail, Naval, and Renewable Energies at the Ministry of Industry, leading the Boeing ecosystem project in Morocco, creating 8,700 jobs and a $1 billion economic impact.

As a member of the Minister of Industry's office, he played a crucial role in establishing the Industrial Acceleration Plan (IAP), overseeing implementation for Steel, Textile, Aerospace, Naval, Rail, and Renewable Energies.

Prior to government roles, he worked for a Strategy Consulting firm in France, specializing in Aeronautics, Defense & Space, Oil & Gas, Construction, Renewable Energy, and Mobility, developing corporate strategies, reorganizations, and internationalization for industrial firms.

Mr. Seddiki holds a Master of Science degree from HEC Paris Grande Ecole.
