Jenny is currently the Director of Battery and Critical Mineral in the Energy Transition Strategies Division at the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation.
After gaining a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Health from Curtin University, Jenny worked for Alcoa before joining the Department of Mines, firstly in occupational health and safety regulation of the mining industry, followed by strategic resources policy. She transferred to JTSI in 2022 to lead the battery and critical minerals team, and has also played a role in the development of the State’s renewable hydrogen industry.
