Roy Arman Arfandy has been appointed as the President Director of the company since December 2022. The banking industry is the beginning of his professional career, spanning more than 25 years in a similar industry with his last position as President Director. He has been serving as an Executive Officer of Harita Group since January 2020. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the Hasanuddin University, Makassar, as well as participates actively in several organizations, such as the Association of Indonesian Chinese Communities, and the Alumni Association of Hasanuddin University, and board member of Happy Hearts Foundation Indonesia
