Fabien is a managing director within the Low Carbon Transition Group at BNP Paribas CIB. He has over 17 years of banking experience with a particular focus on advisory for power and energy transition assets, providing services to a wide range of clients including major utilities, infrastructure funds, industrials and start-ups. His recent relevant experience includes the financial advisory for Northvolt ($1.6bn debt) and for the 3 first French offshore wind projects developed by EDF Renewables, Enbridge and wpd (beyond €7bn debt overall). He is currently advising ACC for its up to 120GWh battery manufacturing development in France, Germany and Italy, and engages daily with several industrials and car OEMs with respect to battery manufacturing and pCAM/CAM projects in the EMEA region, assisting on bankability, funding sources and execution processes.
