Charlotte Lejon works as a System innovation expert at the Swedish Energy Agency designing programs that aims at enhancing coordination and collaboration among key stakeholders for greater impact on needed actions in the transition to energy and climate goals. She has a long experience of national and international programs and has a strong focus on industrial and entrepreneurial needs in broad transitions and their ability to drive prosperity to society. Lately she’s been designing the Swedish Battery Arena and conducted several analysis within the battery supply chain ecosystem such as competence needs, research and innovation, publications and patents as well as an overall ecosystem analysis focusing on constraints in the transition to a competitive and sustainable value chain.
