Helen is a Partner in the Energy Transition and Infrastructure Finance group at Herbert Smith Freehills. Helen's practice covers the spectrum of capital, including equity, debt and offtake limited finance including streams, repayments, and royalties. Over the course of her career, Helen has acted for sponsors, lenders, trading houses, OEMs and alternative investment funds on mining and energy transition projects around the world. Helen has been at the forefront of thought leadership in the critical minerals sector as it continues to play a large role in the energy transition. She has co-authored a number of articles in the firms Financing the Energy Transition series, including in relation to critical minerals processing and the supply chain to gigafactories.
