Aleem has spent just under 20 years in the resources industry with roles in mining engineering, capital markets, strategy and corporate development. In 2020, Aleem lead the due diligence for a merger between a battery manufacturing OEM and a battery material primary supplier. Aleem also spent two years with Tesla leading Global Critical Mineral Public Policy & Business Development as well as Battery Material Vertical Integration Strategy. Aleem also advised the Ontario Provincial Government on its due diligence into various battery cell plants in the Province of Ontario.
