With over fifteen years in the lithium industry, Ashish Patki leads business development and market intelligence at Rio Tinto. At Arcadium Lithium, Ashish has been leading US government affairs. At FMC and Livent, he was part of the core team driving IPO, M&A, and issuing green bonds. Ashish’s market research spans lithium applications in energy storage, polymers, aerospace alloys, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, lubricating greases and a range of other applications. Ashish previously worked in biofuels and solar industries in engineering and commercial roles. Ashish holds a BS, chemical engineering from University of Pune, India, and MBA from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA. He lives in Charlotte.
