Mr. Liang is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TerraVolta Resources, a company he founded in 2022. Mr. Liang has more than 22 years of management and leadership experience. He has co-founded several companies in the energy and sustainability sectors, leading them from inception to successful exits. Prior to his entrepreneurial and executive leadership roles, Mr. Liang served as an investment banker at major Wall Street firms, leading complex project and structured financings in excess of $20 billion for infrastructure clients. He received a B.A. in Economics from Rice University and a M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
