Michael Parton is the Supply Chain Group Manager of Battery Raw Materials at Lucid Motors. Responsible for Lucid’s upstream supply strategy, Michael is focused on all aspects of cost, capacity, and compliance to U.S and International regulations related to Lucid’s battery procurement. Lucid has gained multiple accolades as the most efficient EV maker with industry leading range and performance while emphasizing the need to minimize input materials to promote sustainability. Additionally Michael is externally focused on developing relationships and partnerships with upstream suppliers, also working with internal stakeholders of Lucid in Policy / ESG / Engineering to provide commercial and market insight into the technology strategy of the company’s award-winning automotive powertrain technology.
