With more than three decades’ experience working in technology innovation in the US and Europe, Abdelghani EL KACIMI joined Innovx as Chief Innovation Officer after the company was established in 2022 with the aim of developing large-scale industrial projects for the OCP Group.
The OCP Group is the largest producer of phosphate-based fertilizers in the world. InnovX is a multi-disciplinary, multi-sectorial company committed to pioneering the next industries by building innovative, high-performing technological businesses and ecosystems with a strong environmental and social impact.
Abdelghani is in charge of the technological decisions at InnovX that form the basis for these new OCP Group businesses.
Abdelghani has over 10 years of professional experience as a microprocessor development engineer, and subsequently as a field application manager at Texas Instrument, Infineon and MPS in Europe and the US, with a strong focus on the automotive industry.
He entered entrepreneurship in 2008, focused on the automation of software development processes in particular for the automotive industry, along with the internet of things, and digitalization of legacy systems.
Abdelghani EL KACIMI holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Ruhr University in Germany.
