Emmanuel Dominguez has over 18 years of Purchasing and Supply Chain experience in the Automotive Industry working for General Motors, with most of his career spent on the Electrical and Powertrain components.
Additionally, he has also held different roles in Central Planning, Manufacturing Strategy & planning as well as into the Purchasing Program Management spaces. Right before his current position Emmanuel was the Program Purchasing Director for GM’s Ultium EV Platform.
Since August 2023, Emmanuel transitioned to the role of Director – EV Critical Materials Purchasing, in this role he is responsible to develop and execute GM’s strategies for Purchasing Battery Raw Materials in support of GM vision of a world with zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion.
