Paolo is the co-founder of Northvolt and CEO of Northvolt North America. He previously spent four years at Tesla Motors, where he was VP Global Supply Chain and Operations Planning. He started his career at Renault-Nissan, where he spent fifteen years taking on roles in France, Japan and India ranging from engineering to project management and supply chain. Paolo has a degree in Aerospace engineering from the Politecnico di Torino in Italy, as well as a degree in Engineering from Paris’ Ecole Centrale.
