Adriana Bekerman is a Chemical Engineer from the National University of Salta. She began her career at Minera del Altiplano - Rio Tinto Lithium (formerly Allkem), working in Process Engineering. She later became Head of Engineering at Salta Exploraciones - Hanaq, where she led the development of basic and detailed engineering for evaporation ponds and a 2,500 T lime plant, overseeing its assembly and commissioning.
In 2020, she joined Ganfeng as Engineering Manager, playing a key role in the design, development, and execution of the Mariana project in the Llullaillaco salt flat. In 2022, she was promoted to VP of Engineering and Operations and currently oversees Engineering and Quality for all Ganfeng Lithium projects in Salta, Argentina.
