Jay has over three decades of experience in the bus, truck, off-road equipment and automotive tier one supplier industries. Currently, Jay serves as the President of Forsee Power North America, where he is leading the company's expansion into North America’s electric powertrain battery systems market. He established the company’s North America manufacturing and headquarters operations in Hilliard, Ohio. Before joining Forsee Power, Jay was the President of Eissmann Group Automotive North America where he oversaw the formation of a North American division with multiple manufacturing and engineering sites in the U.S. and Mexico. Prior to Eissmann, Jay held senior executive roles at Forvia (formerly Faurecia) in the U.S., France, and Mexico. At Faurecia he formed and led the company’s first Commercial Vehicle Business Unit which developed and manufactured internal combustion engine emissions treatment systems. Jay earned an MBA from the University of Toledo and a BS in Business from Wright State University.
