As Consulting Lead for S-E-A's Battery & Energy Storage Practice Group, Mr. Kadam brings over eight and a half years of experience in battery systems, product safety, testing, and failure analysis. His work spans from cell to high-voltage battery packs and encompasses diverse battery chemistries for electric mobility, consumer electronics, and stationary energy storage applications. Prior to S-E-A, he held engineering roles at battery and EV OEM startups. He holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, and contributes to national battery standards development with NFPA, IEEE, and SAE.
