Mr. Dunbar is President of Grid Metals Corp., (TSXV:GRMD OTC:MSMGF) He has over 25 years experience in the mining sector as a finance professional and is based in Toronto. He has been involved in project financing and development in Canada, U.S. and abroad. He is currently a director of McEwen Mining Inc. which is dual listed on the NYSE /  TSX and is a former director of Australian nickel producer Western Areas Ltd.  Mr. Dunbar holds an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University.
