Mr. Hylands is a professional geoscientist with over a decade of experience in early-stage and advanced exploration. He is co-founder of Troilus Gold Corp. where he led the company’s technical team to the discovery of over eight million gold equivalent ounces at its project in northern Quebec. Mr. Hylands has extensive experience in capital markets and community outreach. He previously held executive roles in corporate development and Indigenous relations. In addition, he has successfully trained and managed large teams focusing on gold, base metals, and iron ore in Canada, South America, and Europe. Throughout his career, Mr. Hylands has held numerous board positions for junior mining companies. He holds a BSc in Geology from Western University in London, Ontario.
