Penny Byrne joined the Standard Bank economics research team in 2015, then transferred to SBG Securities as ESG investment analyst in 2022. She holds an MSc in pure mathematics and a PhD in climate science, providing a solid foundation for interpreting the various environmental risks that are playing out as the global climate changes.
