Joseph is with the company since 2017 and leads the development of the Battery Anode Material business since then, under the project name BAM4EVER (Battery Anode Material for Electric Vehicles Environment Respectful). After R&D qualification phase, the Brownfield (BAM4EVER Phase II and II) phases located in France is now started-up and the Greenfield phase (Phase III) is now considered. He has 25 years of experience in various positions within the heavy industries (e.g. steel manufacturing, metallurgical for aeronautics and more). Joseph holds an engineer degree in materials science from the Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures in Paris, France.
